Free your body and mind on Liberation Day with dance and yoga at Alby! 

Join a very special celebration of the Norwegian Liberation Day on May 8th when Galleri F 15 and Morning Beat invite you to a morning rave at Alby! 

Morning Beat is a drug-free morning concept that combines dance, music and yoga to get a gentle start to the day. The event is open to everyone – both young and old – and is suitable for those of you who want a different and energizing morning. 

Come alone or bring the children before work and school, and start the day with movement and joy in beautiful surroundings at Alby. Remember to bring your own yoga mat (if you want to attend the yoga session), water bottle and maybe a snack. 

Place: F 15 verksted at Alby, Moss. 

Programme 

Food and drink: We offer delicious “sveler” (Norwegian “mini pancakes”) and freshly brewed coffee to keep your energy up throughout the morning 

Fire pan: We will fire up the fire pan from 08:00

The ticket includes entry to the Djurberg & Berg exhibition, which is open from 08:00.

Yoga Time – soft landing after Morning Beat 
Join us for a playful and joyous yoga class for all levels! We stretch, breathe and play through an hour that awakens both the body and the smile. Perfect for those of you who want to land softly after dancing. No performance, just movement and joy! Wiktoria is an energetic and passionate yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience in movement practice – from dance and yoga to aerial acrobatics.
