The Wait
Ann Iren Buan works with drawing and explore the thechnical and aesthetic aspects of the medium. She creates large three-dimensional surfaces in an extremely time consuming process, and then work the material through various forms of rough handling. The drawings are recycled several times, and new scuptures and constellations arise. Vulnerability and decay are themes she explores.
The exhibition is supported by the Cultural Council, BKV and Statens utstillingsstipend.
